В текущих экономических условиях компаниям предоставляется наиболее удачный момент для описания и реинжиниринга бизнес-процессов с тем чтобы заложить прочную основу системы управления, снизив тем самым потенциальные риски и предупредив появление возможных проблем в будущем. Бизнес-процесс – это последовательность рабочих действий, специфически организованная во времени и месте, имеющая начало, конец, ясно определенные входы и выходы и структуру действий Принципы процессного управления:

Принцип целостности. Система управления издержками строится совместно с организационной структурой по принципу: «один процесс – одно подразделение – один бюджет»
Принцип горизонтального контроля. Уменьшается количество проверок и управляющих воздействий. Качество результата проверяется его потребителем – следующим элементом процессной цепочки
Принцип самостоятельности. Исполнители принимают самостоятельные решения и несут ответственность за получение заданного результата деятельности
Принцип неразрывной последовательности. Шаги процесса выполняются в естественном порядке. Работа выполняется в том месте, где это целесообразно. Деятельность осуществляется смешанными группами, состоящих из работников различной функциональной принадлежности

Каждый процесс имеет четкую цель, результат работы и критерии эффективности

1. Разработка процессной модели деятельности компании
Процессная модель описывает деятельность компании как совокупность бизнес-процессов с целью распределения полномочий и ответственности за управление деятельностью по структурным подразделениям будущей оргструктуры. Результатом работ будет графическое представление процессов деятельности компании, позволяющее в дальнейшем оценить полноту и непротиворечивость выполнения функций в рамках разрабатываемой оргструктуры
2. Разработка организационной структуры компании и распределение функций
Результатом работ будет целевая организационная структура компании до уровня отделов. Для каждого структурного подразделения будет приведен укрупненный список основных функций. Кроме того, формальным результатом этого этапа работ будет являться план мероприятий по переходу к целевой организационной структуре 3. Разработка комплекта регламентирующих документов по обеспечению деятельности компании
Данный блок работ выполняется строго после согласования и утверждения результатов работ по предыдущему блоку. В ходе работы разрабатываются положения о подразделениях и должностные инструкции менеджеров, а также регламенты взаимодействия между подразделениями.
