Fast close – система быстрого закрытия бухгалтерских книг с целью получения финансовой отчетности в минимально возможные сроки.
Целью проекта Fast Close является достижение целевых сроков закрытия периода при соблюдении следующих параметров отчетности и требований: периодическая отчетность, формируемая в рамках проекта («целевая» отчетность) отвечает сформулированным требованиям к качеству отчетности, а именно:
- отклонения финансовой отчетности для представления в регулирующие органы и целевой отчетности не превышают заданного уровня существенности;
- сокращение сроков подготовки целевой отчетности должно происходить без существенного увеличения количества сотрудников бухгалтерии и/или функциональных служб, а также без увеличения трудоемкости процесса закрытия.
