- Своевременность: вознаграждение должно следовать за достижением результата как можно быстрее
- Справедливость: правила определения вознаграждения должны быть понятны каждому сотруднику организации и быть справедливыми
- Значимость: вознаграждение должно быть для сотрудника значимым
